ckq.gif (20477 bytes)曹克强: 1982年毕业于河北农业大学植保系,同年考上该系研究生,师从王焕如教授,硕士论文为“小麦品种慢叶锈性及其变异性和专化性研究”。留校工作三年后,1988年考入北京农业大学植保系,导师为曾士迈院士,博士论文题目为“小麦混合品种与条锈、叶锈及白粉病菌相互作用研究”。1991年6月以优异成绩通过论文答辩并获理学博士学位。同年回到河北农业大学从事“植物病理学”和“植物病害流行学”的教学和科研工作。先后参加了国家“七五”和“八五”、国家自然科学基金、河北省科委和保定市科委等资助的项目。1995至1996年以及1998年,曾赴瑞士联邦农学研究所从事“马铃薯晚疫病防治决策支持系统研究”,建立了“PhytoPRE+2000”决策支持系统。1999年赴美国加州大学Davis分校从事“马铃薯晚疫病决策支持系统比较研究”,通过试验再次证明“PhytoPRE+2000”是运行最好的一个系统。1997年被聘任为教授,1999年被聘任为博士生导师。目前主持河北省自然科学基金和河北省科委博士基金两项科研项目。曾先后在国内外刊物上发表论文30余篇,专著1部。所参加的国家“七五”攻关项目“小麦主要病虫害综合防治技术体系研究”1991年荣获农业部科技进步集体二等奖;国家自然科学基金项目“禾本科杂草、叶锈菌的转主寄主和小麦上发生的叶锈病的相互作用研究”1996年获河北省科技进步三等奖;参加的省科委项目“枣锈病流行规律及防治研究”1996年获河北省科技进步三等奖;保定市科委项目“无公害蔬菜生产技术及产品监测研究”1995年获保定市科委科技进步二等奖。1998年获河北省第四届青年科技奖。
课题主持人自1985年以来,主要从事植物病害流行学的教学和科研工作,曾建立过小麦叶锈病、白粉病和枣锈病的中期预测模型,建立了小麦病虫害防治决策支持系统、马铃薯晚疫病防治决策支持系统(PhytoPRE+2000)和苹果、梨主要病虫害防治决策支持系统(DSSAP),1999年有近百户果农加入到DSSAP系统的服务,它是根据未来天天气预报、果园的具体情况以及各种模型和专家经验作出病虫害的防治建议,已经发放决策表5000余份,受到了广大农民用户的欢迎。
目前,本课题组正在与河北农大网络中心人员一起研究开发“中国马铃薯晚疫病预警系统”。中国是世界上马铃薯第一大种植国,常年播种面积400万公顷,主要分布在山区和北部冷凉地区,是当地农民的主要粮食作物。马铃薯晚疫病是马铃薯生产上第一大病害,由于目前生产上所用的品种多不抗病,化学防治成为病害治理的主要手段,盲目用药的现象十分普遍。本系统拟以未来天气预报和当地病害发生情况为依据,通过模型分析判断是否需要采取喷药措施,将预警信息通过计算机网络传输到县级植保站,植保站在通过广播和电视等媒介将防治信息传送给农民。本系统预计在今年6月份建成并在网络上与用户见面。

Cao Keqiang has been working on teaching and researching in the area of plant disease epidemiology since 1985. He has established mid-term forecasting models on leaf rust and powdery mildew of wheat, decision support systems on control of wheat pests, potato late blight (PhytoPRE+2000), and pests on apples and pears (DSSAP). In 1999 more than 100 farmers joined the advisory system of DSSAP and more than 5000 pieces of decision tables have been delivered to the farmers and to guide them for a better control of pests on their orchards.
At present, his working team and the people on the computer net center of Agricultural University of Hebei are developing "Potato Late Blight Forecasting System in China (PLBFSC)" on Internet. China is the biggest country for its potato growing in the world. The average planting area is about 4 million hectares annually. Potatoes, which are mostly planted in mountain and north area, are the main food of local people. Late. blight is the most serious disease on potato production. Due to most varieties in use today are susceptible to the disease, chemical control is the most effective way to protect the plants. Farmers usually give chemical control in a routine of every week or ten days and large amount of chemicals are wasted without giving effective protection to the plants. PLBFSC will calculate the possibility of late blight attack at different regions in China based on the future weather forecast and the disease situation locally. Forecast information will be delivered to technical people in plant protection bureau of each county through Internet. Farmers will be informed through radio and TV systems.
We expect that PLBFSC will be finished in June 2001 and will serve farmers in this summer.
