摘要： 本文介绍了回路电阻测量仪的设计，它是一种用于测量高压开关回路电阻的微电阻测量仪器。本论文主要涉及电源的设计 , 集成运放及 A/D 转换电路的应用 , 单片机的应用以及液晶显示模块的使用。能够加深掌握以单片机为控制 , 数据采集 , 处理的设计方法 , 以及电路设计的知识。它比传统的测试仪更加方便实用，具有广泛的应用前景。

    Abstract: This paper introduces the design of the loop resistance measuring instrument. It is a kind of micro-resistor measuring instrument that is used for measuring High-voltage Switch loop resistance. The design of loop resistance measuring instrument involves design of the electrical source, the application of Integrated Operational Amplifier, A/D Converter Circuits and liquid-crystal display module. The design method of the control of SCM, data Acquisition and processing, the knowledge of circuit design can be held deeply. It is more feasible and more convenient than that of traditional measuring instrument with a vast range of prosper for application.
